A more resilient neighborhood means that community access and connections to the waterfront are at the forefront of resiliency planning. As part of #VisionChelseaCreek, we'll be exploring opportunities to envision public waterfront access from the three adjacent neighborhoods, based on a collective vision that addresses multiple neighborhoods and stakeholer needs and priorities. As a shoreline within a Designated Port Area in a legacy industrial zone, public access is currently restricted.
